ExpertGPS will allow you to work with many types of files and convert any GPS, GIS or CAD data to other formats such as GPX, KML and KMZ Google Earth, Excel CSV and TXT, SHP shapefiles or AutoCAD DXF designs. And all with just a couple of mouse clicks! In addition, to provide information through topographic maps, you can calculate distances, elevations, latitudes, etc.

Unfortunately, ExpertGPS only has information, data and maps for the United States. Users who reside in other parts of the world will have to settle with that or wait for the developers to be encouraged to expand its content offering.
